What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be an important part of our members’ financial journeys. You’ll help people navigate their everyday banking needs while building the knowledge and confidence to support them as their financial needs evolve.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome members and create a friendly, helpful, and positive experience.

• Process everyday financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Assist members with account openings, account maintenance, and credit union products and services.

• Identify opportunities to help members meet their financial goals through appropriate products, services, and resources.

• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and finding solutions.

• Learn and grow your knowledge of financial services, products, and member needs.

• Support branch goals, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a positive team environment.

• Help FAFCU establish strong relationships and build lasting connections in the Chums Corners community.

MSR IV — Advance Your Expertise

Reach an advanced level of member service proficiency by demonstrating strong product and service knowledge, handling more complex member needs, and providing knowledgeable support across a broader range of financial solutions.

Career progression is based on demonstrated competencies, required training and assessments, and the qualifications for each level. Advancement is not automatic and depends on meeting the requirements of the next level.
