Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Member Service Representative in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on handling inquiries, processing transactions across accounts, and promoting bank products in a high-volume contact center.

Training is fully onsite Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm CST with no time off during training. After training, shifts run 10am-9:30pm CST with a six-day availability requirement. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, banking or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume contact center.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members on products and services that may fit their needs.
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Position

Member Service Representative (Consumer Loans Department)

Start Date

November 30th

Training

• Fully ONSITE - Monday- Friday, 7:30am CST-4:00pm CST
• NO Time Off during Training: 11/30-1/6

Schedule

• Shift times range between the hours of 10am - 9:30pm CST (after training)
• Monday-Saturday (Will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6 day availability to work

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
