Role: A Member Service Representative's primary responsibility is to assist members in meeting routine financial goals while exceeding their expectations for service. Responsibilities include performing routine account transactions, cross-selling products and services, and resolving member account questions and concerns.

Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, cash handling, sales, banking, or financial services.
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Well-developed communication skills for interacting with members.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate a computer and perform basic math.
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
