Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Member Service Representative in Pensacola, FL for a contract-to-hire role in the Consumer Loans Department. You will respond to member inquiries in a high-volume center and process transactions across savings, checking, loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

The position requires a HS diploma, 1–2 years of banking customer service, and strong data entry skills. Training is onsite; schedule includes 1:00pm–11:30pm CST and six-day weeks after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in banking or call center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven contact center.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, loans, and accounts.
• Advise on products and services to fit member needs.
• Handle 80-100+ calls daily.

Position:

Member Service Representative (Consumer Loans Department)

Start Date:

November 16th

Pay:

19.75

Schedule

• Shift times range between the hours of 1:0pm - 11:30pm CST (after training)
• Monday-Saturday (Will have 1 rotating off day during the week) **MUST have a 6 day availability to work

Training

• Fully ONSITE - Monday- Friday, 7:30am CST-4:00pm CST
• NO Time Off during Training: November 16th- December 22nd

Job Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation
• Perform transactions or related functions for Savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction
• Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required
• 1-2 years of recent customer service experience working directly with customers (call center, collections, banking)
• Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call center environment
• Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
