Job summary

Neches Federal Credit Union in Orange, TX is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to deliver excellent service and assist members with financial needs. This full-time role requires cash handling, teamwork, and a commitment to our mission and values.

You will process member transactions, issue money orders and cashier checks, and balance your drawer, contributing to the credit union's goal of improving members' financial well-being. Evening shifts may apply.

• 6 months cash handling or equivalent experience.

• Dependable; punctual and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks, loan payments, credit card cash advances etc.
• Issuing money orders, cashier checks, and hunting/fishing license tags
• Responsible for balancing drawer
