Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic people to join our rapidly growing team. The Member Service Representative (MSR) sits at the front desk as the face and voice of Crunch Fitness, greeting members with energy and creating a memorable experience.

You will process check-ins, answer calls, assist with account inquiries, and promote workouts, classes, and retail. A friendly, team-oriented attitude in a busy gym is essential to success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; minimum age 18; CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or front desk; great attitude and passion for fitness matters.
• Comfort using computer systems, answering phone calls, and learning club management software.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

The Member Service Representative Role

The Member Service Representative (MSR) is the face and voice of Crunch Fitness! Positioned right at the front desk, you are the first point of contact for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Responsible for setting a positive, high-energy tone, providing exceptional customer service, supporting membership check-ins, and keeping the club looking pristine, you are essential to creating an unforgettable member experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering the \"No Judgments\" Vibe: Warmly greet members and guests with energy and enthusiasm as they enter and exit the facility.


• Member Services & Front Desk Support: Process check-ins, answer incoming phone calls, assist members with account inquiries, update contact or billing information, and schedule club tours or CrunchOne Kickoffs.


• Driving Growth: Assist the sales team by answering questions about membership tiers, booking guest passes, and promoting club amenities, signature classes, and retail products.


• Maintaining the Standard: Keep the front desk, lobby, retail area, and surrounding facility clean, organized, and stocked so the club always feels welcoming and professional.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education & Basics: High school diploma or GED in progress/completed preferred. Minimum age of 18. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).


• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk roles is a plus, but a great attitude and passion for fitness matter most!


• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computer systems, answering phone calls, and learning club management software.


• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
