Member Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Serving members' basic transactional needs
2. Conducting general member account maintenance
3. Answering and directing phone calls
4. Actively listening to members to identify financial needs
5. Providing information on credit union products and services
6. Recommending and cross-selling products and services
7. Assisting members with problems and reaching resolution

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience
• Prior banking experience preferred
• High School diploma
• Basic computer and keyboard skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Prior cash handling experience
