Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with their financial needs and answering inquiries about products and services.
2. Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while ensuring compliance with policies.
3. Cross-sell products and services, educating members on offerings and recommending solutions.
4. Resolve member issues promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain operational excellence by balancing cash drawers, completing transactions efficiently, and keeping organized records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service, retail, or banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in technology, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
