Directions Credit Union in the United States is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative. You will greet members warmly, handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy, and build trust through friendly, professional service.

You’ll identify opportunities to match products to members’ needs while keeping operations secure and compliant. This role offers excellent benefits, generous PTO from day one, and a clear path to MSR II as you grow with the team.

Competenze

• High School diploma or better.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to greet members warmly.
• Accurate cash handling and daily balancing experience.
• Ability to explain and promote credit union products.
