• Educate members on FAIRWINDS products and digital tools (mobile/online banking) to help manage finances more conveniently.
• Assist members with account questions and service issues, escalating to resolve concerns quickly.
• Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions.
• Support branch goals by referring members to lending, account services, or investment solutions.
