Advancial, named a Top Workplace, is hiring a Member Service Representative III for our Woodlands, TX branch. You will assist members with transactions, new memberships, accounts, and loan applications while delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships.

You’ll interview applicants, collect information, verify eligibility, and guide members toward appropriate products and services. This is an on-site, Monday–Friday role with at least two Saturdays per month and a pay of

• Associate's degree or six months related experience required.
• Banking or credit union operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with transactions, new memberships, and accounts.
• Review information during account openings and loan applications.
• Cross-sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products.
• Interview applicants and collect required information; ensure documents meet policy standards.
• Open new accounts and verify eligibility; perform teller transactions and maintenance.
• Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately.
• Resolve member inquiries with timely solutions.
• Support branch operations with audits, night drop processing, and supplies.
• Cultivate a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
