Job summary

Advancial Federal Credit Union is hiring for an on-site role in Texas that focuses on cross-selling loans and banking products, with a strong emphasis on member service and financial guidance.

You will interview applicants, collect required information, open new accounts, and process loan approvals, while meeting monthly sales goals and adhering to policy standards. In-person interview at Allen, TX will be part of the process.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or six months related experience.
• On-site role; two Saturdays per month required.
• Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.
• Background and credit checks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Cross-sell loan, deposit, and electronic banking products to meet member needs.
• Achieve monthly goals for ancillary loan product penetration and sales performance.
• Interview applicants, collect information, and ensure loan documents meet policy standards.
• Guide members by recommending products and services that fit their financial goals.
• Process loan approvals, secure collateral liens, and close loans accurately.
• Open new accounts and verify eligibility; perform teller transactions and maintenance.
• Resolve member inquiries with timely solutions and research.
• Support branch operations through audits, night drop, and opening/closing duties.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture across the organization.
