Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior experience in a cash handling service oriented role required.
• 6+ months as a Member Service Specialist I or teller role at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provides services to members including cashier’s checks and money orders.
• Identifies member needs and opportunities for service enhancements.
• Maintains confidentiality of member and credit union information.
