The Congressional Federal Credit Union in Oakton, VA is seeking a Member Service Representative I to be the first point of contact for members across phone and supported digital channels. This role delivers timely, accurate, and thoughtful assistance while making each interaction clear and effortless.

The Member Service Rep listens, resolves routine service requests, and guides members through digital banking tools, building proficiency in account servicing, digital support, and basic lending

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of contact center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to guide members through digital banking tools.
• Hybrid work environment with partial in-office presence.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary point of contact for inbound member calls and digital inquiries.
• Clarify requests, ask questions, and confirm understanding.
• Complete routine transactions and servicing requests accurately.
• Assist with transfers, payments, check orders, card servicing, and basic account maintenance.
• Provide basic consumer loan servicing information and respond to routine questions.
• Document interactions and commitments in designated systems.
