Job summary

You will perform deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and inquiries, while building relationships and guiding members to the right GreenState products and services.

• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships as a cohesive team.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Credit Union Service Standards in carrying out mission and vision.
• Greet members with a smile and name recognition, and thank them for their business.
• Demonstrates teamwork in interactions with coworkers.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Make weekly outbound service calls to members.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and more.
• Educate members about product features and benefits.
• Refer products/services to appropriate departments to meet team goals.
• Balance drawer and monitor vault and end-of-day procedures.
