You will be the face of the credit union, ensuring confidentiality and high standards while assisting members with deposits, withdrawals, and product information.

The role requires cash handling accuracy, strong interpersonal skills, and bondability, with opportunities for a monthly incentive and progressive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Cash handling, sales, and customer service experience desired.
• Accuracy in cash handling and daily transaction recording.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional member service.
• Bondable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service during daily transactions and inquiries.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and more.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawer daily; maintain accurate records.
• Protect member privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Promote products and services and refer to appropriate departments.
