Qualifications

• 3-5 years of similar or related experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with internal/external colleagues to resolve conflicts and build cooperation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at other branches as needed.
• Work environment is the Branch.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan applications and explain options, delivering decisions promptly.
• Provide friendly service to members and cross-sell products while upholding policies.
• Confirm collateral insurance and ensure regulatory cybersecurity compliance as it relates to workflow.
• Periodically support the Teller line and process financial transactions.
