Job summary

Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Peekskill is seeking a Member Service Platform Representative to deliver exceptional service and promote the credit union’s full range of financial products.

You will assist members with account openings, loan origination, funding, and teller functions, while adhering to policy, compliance, and privacy standards. This role requires weekend shifts and rotating weekday schedules. Experience with CRM and notary duties is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and answer product questions.
• Actively promote and cross-sell the credit union's financial products.
• Originate consumer loans and manage the funding process.
• Perform teller functions and assist with remote channels when needed.
• Adhere to policy, regulatory, and Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
