Job summary

Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union in Fishkill seeks a Member Service Platform Representative to deliver superior service, open accounts, respond to member questions, and cross-sell financial products. You will assist with loans, funding, teller duties, and notary services as needed, while following Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

The role requires Saturdays and rotating shifts, with CRM-based activity tracking and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and cross-sell products.
• Interview applicants, originate consumer loan products, and book funding.
• Function as MSR Teller, including remote channel transactions.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance and branch security.
• Support notary duties and liaison with Lead MSR/Branch Manager as needed.
