• Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Secures and safeguards assets by observing and reporting potential criminal activity.
• Maintains paperwork, logs, and documentation; executes emergency response procedures.
• Trains member-front-line associates on processes and technology; rolls out new programs.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Prioritizes assignments and collaborates with managers; communicates progress.
