Coosa Valley Credit Union is seeking a Member Specialist at our West Cartersville Branch to deliver exceptional member service, process transactions, and guide members toward financial goals. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in banking and customer service preferred.
• Experience in cash handling preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Advanced skills with computers and related equipment (including 10-key calculator) and multi-line telephone systems.
• Ability to handle confidential member information with discretion.
• Light travel to other branch locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service in-branch, email, chat, and on the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Learn and promote credit union products and services to members.
• Refer products and services to members as fits their needs.
• Comply with BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, Reg DD, Reg P and related policies.
• Open new accounts and process member requests.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and security procedures.
• Read and apply credit union policies and procedures.
• Identify members for verification per security procedures.
• Participate in branch operations tasks and trainings.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with policies and procedures.
