Job summary

Verity Credit Union is hiring a Member Consultant II at our Auburn Branch to empower members’ financial lives and build trusted relationships. You will engage with members across loan and account origination, onboarding new members, and cross-selling products to help our members achieve their financial goals.

We support a strong team culture with competitive pay and benefits, including a base pay range of $26.61 to $39.92 per hour, bonuses, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) match up to 6%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and cross-selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Originate, process, and onboard new members.
• Originate, process and fund consumer, mortgage, and business loans.
• Capture member information into our CRM system.
• Assist with branch operations, audits, and opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve individual and team goals.
