Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Teller (Member Service Representative I) to provide world-class member service by accurately completing transactions and answering account questions at our branch locations.

The role pays $22.33–$32.38 per hour with a 30-hour schedule and requires a High School Diploma or GED. DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment and training aligns with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Less than 1 year of prior related experience required
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members.
• Follows cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and Member assets.
• Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate team member to assess the Member's needs.
• Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care.
