The position is 25 hours per week, temporary through August 2027, with a pay range of $22.33 to $32.38 per hour. DMV pull program participation may be required depending on assignment.

• Provide World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and sharing account information.

• Offer consultative services on credit union products and services or direct to the proper team.
• Process Member transactions efficiently and accurately with care.
• Contribute to departmental goals by handling high volumes with urgency.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including BSA training and applicable policies.

Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.Pay Range:$22.33 - $32.38Scheduled Weekly Hours:25This is a temporary position scheduled to run through August 2027.What You’ll Be DoingProvides World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and providing account information to Members. Follows cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and Member assets.Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services or refers Members to the appropriate teammember to assess the Member's needs, address their concerns and gain agreement.Processes Member transactions efficiently and accurately with personal care. Contributes to the departmental goals by processing high volume with a sense of urgency.All teammembers must comply with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
