Responsibilities

• Provide World Class Member service by accurately completing transactions and sharing account information.
• Follow cash control guidelines to safeguard credit union and Member assets.
• Deliver face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance.
• Offer consultative services on credit union products and services or direct to the proper team.
• Process Member transactions efficiently and accurately with care.
• Contribute to departmental goals by handling high volumes with urgency.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including BSA training and applicable policies.
