Connections Credit Union seeks a full-time Member Service Representative for our Heyburn branch. You will handle member transactions, promote services, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor to help our 20,000+ members. Occasional travel to other branches is required to support teller operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Excellent cash handling and basic financial knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidential handling of member information and accounts.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions, primarily cash and checks.
• Promote the credit union and its services with a professional, friendly approach.
• Occasionally travel to other Magic Valley branches to support tellers.
• Provide accurate and efficient service to members and maintain confidentiality.
