Job summary

Abound Credit Union seeks a friendly, enthusiastic team member to serve as the primary contact for members on currency and account related services through an on-screen, video experience. You will promote products, receive deposits, balance cash drawer, and handle checks in a compliant, customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs using an Interactive Teller Machine.
• Receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts and input data ensuring completeness and accuracy with transactions and assigned cash drawer.
• Cashes checks and accepts withdrawal requests in accordance with established policies.
