Abound Credit Union is hiring friendly, enthusiastic individuals to assist members with financial needs via phone, mail, or electronic service. The role focuses on answering loan inquiries, reviewing applications, explaining terms, and promoting CU products.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-channel inquiries about loan products and provide member resolution.
• Review loan applications for accuracy; obtain credit reports and guide on products and services.
• Explain terms including payment amounts, due dates, and interest rate.
• Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Open member accounts, resolve issues, and handle daily needs.
