Qualifications

• 0-1 year of progressive retail financial or customer service experience
• For Teller III level: minimum of 3 years of retail banking or credit union experience including cash handling and customer service
• Minimum of 2 years of financial experience identifying and promoting products and services to meet member needs

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of member accounts and balance drawers
• Educate members on credit union products and services and support branch operations
