The role emphasizes effective negotiation, sales, and relationship-building, with a focus on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing opportunities. A bilingual Spanish skill set is a plus, and full-time hours are expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members, direct them to appropriate areas, and ensure their needs are met.
• Gather information, analyze facts, and educate members on suitable products/services for one-point resolution.
• Review loan applications with clear and detailed justification; ensure compliance with regulations and audit procedures.
• Identify risk of losses through observation of potentially fraudulent activity and collaborate with Community Development Officers to strengthen community relationships.
• Conduct member financial transactions including originating, processing, and closing consumer loan products.
• Observe Bank Secrecy Act and other Federal laws; participate in meetings and events as assigned.
