Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial industry or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend suitable products and services to fulfill members' goals.
• Generate leads, build and maintain member relationships, and provide a great member experience.
• Originate new members and manage sales opportunities; close on loans and products.
• Process and close consumer loan products while ensuring compliance and security standards.
• Collaborate with Community Development Officers to strengthen community relationships.
