Qualifications

• High school education or GED plus 1–3 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new members and expand relationships with existing members.
• Review member credit reports to identify lending opportunities.
• Process credit card and flex line applications.
• Make outbound calls to engage members.
