Job summary

Broadview Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker at our Cohoes/Capital Central Region locations to serve members, explain financial options, and grow the branch book of business. The role emphasizes exceptional service, compliance, and community involvement.

The position offers starting hourly wages of $22.82–$24.82 with a competitive benefits package; bilingual applicants are encouraged. Notary license and signature guarantee permissions needed within six months of training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, or combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of branch banking experience.
• Notary Public License and Signature Guarantee permissions required within 6 months of training.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask to meet performance standards.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at any location as needed.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
