Job summary

OneAZ Credit Union in Oro Valley, AZ is seeking a personable Personal Banker to open accounts, assess members' financial needs, and guide them toward OneAZ products and solutions. You will onboard new members, facilitate loans, and help grow our member base through proactive, client-focused service.

You will build relationships, handle teller transactions, and represent OneAZ across in-branch, online, and ATM channels while delivering compassionate, knowledgeable service to our community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role.
• Cash handling experience preferred, ideally in a financial institution.
• Strong relationship-building and client-focused sales skills.
• Excellent verbal, phone, email, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and learn members' financial needs to identify OneAZ products.
• Onboard new members by opening accounts and facilitating loans.
• Follow up with client-focused outreach and build community relationships.
• Conduct teller activity and transactions to support branch operations.
• Assist members with banking through in-branch, internet, mobile app, and ATM channels.
