Arcis Golf is seeking a Member Relations & Events Coordinator in Medina, OH to drive member engagement and event experiences. You will partner with restaurant and F&B teams to plan functions, manage calendars, and ensure flawless execution of member events and traditions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, coordinating communications, and supporting revenue growth and member satisfaction through programming and outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience supervising others and leading a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains positive member relationships and onboarding.
• Develops and executes Lifestyle Programming & Social offerings with department heads.
• Manages event files, contracts, budgets, and floor plans for Member events.
• Supports initiatives to increase golf rounds, member visits, F&B revenue and satisfaction.
• Creates and executes a Member communication plan (phone, emails, calendars, newsletters, website).
• Supports retention strategies and upholds the club's mission and values.
