Job summary

UF Resources in Bradenton, FL is hiring a full-time Member Relations Consultant to support families during important moments with structure and real benefits.

This on-site role provides weekly pay, a clear growth path, and comprehensive benefits after probation, including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) match.

You will handle follow-up calls, educate members on Assured Care benefits, and assist with estate settlement tasks, while maintaining excellent service.

• Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist or administrative work.
