Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or member-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide members through Assured Care benefits and explain protections.
• Connect members with network attorneys for will updates and estate matters.
• Make post-delivery and survey follow-up calls to confirm understanding of benefits.
• Handle incoming calls and participate in outbound call campaigns focused on member education.
• Resolve member questions with professionalism during sensitive conversations about family and legacy planning.
