Job summary

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) seeks an Associate to recruit new members and reinstate lapsed members. You will process all membership applications and assist with Convocation planning while delivering outstanding service to members and staff.

You will work with Salesforce/Fonteva, help develop recruitment plans, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events. Strong communication, organization, and bilingual skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in association management, nonprofit, or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience developing and supporting committee activities, with follow-through on actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, spelling, and proofreading.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the College’s expert on membership categories to support recruitment needs.
• Utilize Salesforce/Fonteva to process membership applications and generate reports.
• Assist Team Leader in planning and executing recruitment initiatives.
• Support member retention efforts with relevant staff.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and Convocation ceremonies.
