Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Culver City-based Member Services Outreach Specialist to connect with community members, educate them on banking solutions, and grow memberships. This full-time role emphasizes outbound outreach, relationship building, and excellent member service.

The position begins with training at a nearby branch before transitioning to the new Culver City location, reporting to the Culver City Branch leadership and supporting daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in a banker role with teller experience.
• Customer relationship building experience within a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire customers and grow memberships via outbound calls and consultative conversations.
• Educate and enroll members in digital banking; open deposits and accounts and document interactions.
• Support branch operations including opening/closing, ATM tasks, and alarm procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and related laws.
