Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Specialist III in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This non-exempt role trains at the Ontario branch before moving to the Rancho Cucamonga location as it opens in early 2027.

The MSS III will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and ATM support while delivering personalized financial guidance to members and ensuring policy compliance. A strong service orientation and prior banking experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a banking role or customer relationships preferred.
• 1+ year as MSS II or teller at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit financial transactions within prescribed limits.
• Provide Golden 1 services including cashier’s checks, money orders, wire transfers, and debit card issuance.
• Assist with opening deposit and specialty accounts (e.g., Roth IRA) and identify member needs.
