University Federal Credit Union in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional Member service, process transactions, and resolve account-related issues of moderate complexity. You will proactively identify Members’ financial needs and support them in achieving their financial goals through consultative interactions.

You will contribute to UFCU’s community involvement and help drive business development through external events and partnerships, while supporting branch operations

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Lending experience is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to Members.
• Open consumer deposit accounts and Certificates of Deposit.
• Process loan applications, financial transactions, and other service requests.
• Read and review credit reports with members.
• Host tables, participate in events, and attend SEG events.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
