Job summary

Educational Employees Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor in Fresno, CA. You will present loan products to members, assist with using these products, and help resolve loan-related issues. The role requires processing loan transactions and accessing bureaus and blue book information.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in loan processing or banking, strong computer and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year loan processing, call center, or banking experience.
• Proficient with computers and strong organizational skills.
• Service oriented with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be available 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday–Friday; occasional Saturday 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Spanish bilingual encouraged to serve Spanish-speaking members.

Responsibilities

• Present loan products and services to members.
• Assist members with using products and services.
• Help resolve loan-related issues.
• Process all loan transactions, accessing account information, credit bureaus and auto blue book data.
