Job summary

Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union (MEFCU) is seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Loan Processor to join the Consumer Lending team in Rochester, MN. This role involves assembling and verifying loan documentation, inputting data into the system, and preparing loan papers for member signatures.

A high school diploma and at least one year in a financial setting are required. The position is full-time with a standard 8 AM–5 PM schedule, occasional Saturday hours every 5–6 weeks, and a starting wage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a financial institution preferred (1 year).
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify consumer loan documentation for accuracy.
• Input data into loan software and prepare loan papers for member signatures.
• Maintain loan files and monthly production records; assist with account maintenance as needed.
• Support Credit Committee and Board with timely reports and notices.
