Job summary

Educational Employees Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Loan Processor in Fresno, CA. You will present loan products to members, assist with using these products, and help resolve loan-related issues. The role requires processing loan transactions and accessing bureaus and blue book information.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in loan processing or banking, strong computer and organizational skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Monday–Friday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year loan processing, call center, or banking experience.
• Proficient with computers and strong organizational skills.
• Service oriented with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be available 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday–Friday; occasional Saturday 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
• Spanish bilingual encouraged to serve Spanish-speaking members.

The Consumer Loan Processor Will Be Responsible For

• Presenting credit union loan products and services to members
• Assisting members with utilizing the products and services
• Helping to resolve loan related issues
• Processing all loan transactions, accessing account information, credit bureaus and auto blue book information.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have

• A minimum of one-year loan processing, call center or banking experience
• Be proficient in computers and possess good organizational skills
• Be service oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Must be available to work between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and the occasional Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
