Job summary

WESTERN GROWERS GROUP seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver member-facing training across ILT, virtual, and eLearning formats. You will translate SME material into practical training, apply adult learning principles, and maintain materials for compliance and performance improvement.

You will travel up to 25% to agricultural regions, mainly in California and Arizona, and collaborate with HR, operations, and legal to ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience designing and facilitating learning in a business environment.
• Experience with eLearning and instructor-led training.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop member-facing learning content aligned to compliance and performance.
• Translate SMEs’ material into learner-friendly training.
• Create content across formats: ILT, virtual, eLearning, job aids.
