Job summary

Cal Coast Credit Union is seeking a Personal Financial Representative to deliver exceptional service and cross-sell financial products. You’ll open new accounts, process loans, and promote CCCU products to foster long-term member relationships.

Role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to policies, and participation in community-focused activities. This position requires strong communication and compliance with BSA/AML standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PFR I: 1 year in a financial institution.
• PFR II: 2 years in a financial institution with sales and service experience.
• PFR III: 3 years in a financial institution with sales and service experience.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed monthly sales and service goals.
• Process new accounts and loans accurately and completely.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to security and robbery procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
