Job summary

Nexstar Network in Bloomington, MN is seeking a New Member Advisor to drive new member acquisition and expand Nexstar's membership base. You will identify prospects, understand their business needs, and guide them through the decision process by demonstrating the value of a Nexstar membership.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years of service-based sales experience, excellent communication, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of service-based sales experience.
• Proven consultative, relationship-driven selling.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify, and engage qualified businesses matching Nexstar's member profile.
• Generate opportunities via outbound outreach, referrals, events, and follow-up.
• Conduct discovery to understand goals and growth opportunities.
• Present Nexstar membership value in a consultative manner.
• Build relationships, maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot.
• Track outreach, sales progress, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow the sales pipeline.
• Develop knowledge of coaching and training offerings to engage prospects.
