Job summary

Nexstar Network, Inc. is hiring a Business Coach in Bloomington, Minnesota to drive growth and operational excellence for our members. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business management, preferably in the residential service industry, and a track record of effective leadership.

Business Coaches will provide training, mentoring, and consulting to our members using proprietary systems. We offer a competitive salary range of $124,500–$159,500 annually, along with excellent benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in business or operations management.
• Experience in a field service environment with 50 or more employees.
• Candidates that have owned or run a company with significant sales are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with Nexstar members to implement best practices programs.
• Provide orientation, training, and mentoring to members.
• Engage with members through consulting to retain them.

Skills

Experience in business or operations management

Knowledge of residential service and repair industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong financial management background

Proficient with Microsoft Office Software

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related areas
