Job summary

You will balance cash at day end, maintain a secure workstation, and promote BayPort products by providing education and referrals to help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Acceptable credit rating and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and negotiable instruments.
• Provide courteous service and seek to understand member needs to offer appropriate solutions.
• Balance teller station and end-of-day cash input to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation with adherence to security protocols.
• Promote BayPort Credit Union products and services through education and referrals.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to resolve member concerns and share updates.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in training to deepen product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Support branch management with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
