Job summary

Public Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller for our Cadillac branch in Detroit. You will provide excellent member service by handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments, and respond to member inquiries while building positive relationships.

The role emphasizes accuracy, security, and recommending bank products to help members reach financial goals. Applicants should be 18+, with cash handling and strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and recognize opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Demonstrates the ability to perform job responsibilities independently.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Financial institution experience.

PSCU is seeking a driven, friendly, and professional individual to join our team! We are looking for a Full-Time Teller for our Cadillac branch in Detroit.
As a teller you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members by handling routine tasks, such as processing payments, accepting deposits, and handling withdrawals. Tellers also respond to member requests and inquiries and help build positive member relationships by making recommendations about bank products and services.
